Harvest Your True Nature: A Yoga Retreat

Saturday, October 12, 2019

Autumn is the time of transformation---to surrender, let go and harvest your true nature of joy, peace and love.

The earth is shedding the abundance of summer. Leaves fall from the trees. Sunlight lessens. Everywhere there is a move towards letting go.

Yoga, a science of the mind, invites us to remember our true nature, which in human form is this dance between form and divinity. So tuning and turning inward are in alignment with the energetics of autumn; We let go of outward movement and attention around us (summer expansion) to prepare for winter’s introspection.

What is ready to come to a close in your life?

What do you need to finish or let go?

Take some time away and give yourself the gift of self-reflection and self-care during this day-long yoga retreat in the woods of Magic Tree Sanctuary.

  • Shinrin-yoku forest therapy to immerse yourself in the healing power of nature.

  • A delicious, vegetarian lunch, plus herbal tea and healthy snacks

  • And free time to explore the trails, sit and reflect next to the creek, or relax in a hammock.
