Escape to Magic Tree Sanctuary…

As the name suggests, Magic Tree Sanctuary’s 53 acres in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains includes a mature forest of trees. Stand in their presence and you’re likely to feel the enchanting energy. Then follow the meandering trails through rhododendron-filled woods on a journey to self-discovery. Or sit by the creek and watch your stress float away.

Transformation. Awakening. Rejuvenation.

Powerful experiences can happen here. Come experience the Magic.

Every year from April to November, Magic Tree Sanctuary has small group retreats designed with you in mind. Meditation, yoga and art events along with nature, forest bathing and writer’s workshops are just a sampling of the programs that fulfill our mission:

To provide a sacred space for you to escape from daily life—a place where you can relax, reconnect with nature, and leave feeling renewed.

Harvest Your True Nature: A Yoga Retreat

Magic Tree Sanctuary is a place of peace and healing. The “unplug and recharge” retreat I attended on July 20 was exactly what I needed! I was disconnected from all my electronics, and focused on the woods, rocks, and water. I was with wonderful people, and the hospitality shown by Julie and Bob was from their hearts and full of real joy at sharing this place with us. I will return over and over!

What a wonderful experience! I recently attended a day-long meditation retreat and enjoyed every minute. The property is gorgeous and there is so much to see and explore. I came away from the retreat relaxed, restored, and recharged.
